Ingredients

Basic Ingredients

  • 4 large Eggs
  • ¼ tsp Sea salt
  • tsp Black pepper

Variations

  • ¼ cup Deli ham (diced)
  • ½ cup Swiss cheese (grated)
  • ½ tsp Garlic powder
  • ½ cup Grated parmesan
  • ¼ cup Cooked bacon (crumbled)
  • ½ cup Cheddar cheese (grated)
  • ½ cup Gruyere cheese (grated)
  • 2 tbsp Chives (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Separate the egg whites and yolks, placing the whites in a large bowl and yolks in small bowls.
  3. Whip the egg whites with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold in salt, pepper, and any add-ins if using, then spoon the mixture into mounds on the baking sheet, making a well in the center.
  5. Bake the egg whites for 3 minutes.
  6. Carefully place a yolk into each well and bake for an additional 2-3 minutes until the yolks are set to your liking.
