Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Separate the egg whites and yolks, placing the whites in a large bowl and yolks in small bowls.
- Whip the egg whites with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold in salt, pepper, and any add-ins if using, then spoon the mixture into mounds on the baking sheet, making a well in the center.
- Bake the egg whites for 3 minutes.
- Carefully place a yolk into each well and bake for an additional 2-3 minutes until the yolks are set to your liking.
