Cheesy Ham and Pineapple Sandwiches

Instructions
- Prepare 4 pieces of aluminum foil large enough to wrap each sandwich.
- On each foil piece, place a bottom bun, followed by ¼ of the ham, a pineapple ring, and a slice of cheese.
- Top with the other half of the bun and wrap the sandwich completely in foil.
- Cook the sandwiches on a hot stone near the fire, or over hot coals or a grill rack for about 20 minutes, or bake in a 400°F oven for 15 minutes.
- Let cool slightly, unwrap, and enjoy.
