Instructions
- Prepare the BBQ sauce by mixing BBQ sauce, pineapple juice, soy sauce, curry powder, cinnamon, and jalapeno; refrigerate until ready to use.
- In a skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter and cook the onions until softened, then add pineapple chunks and juice gradually until caramelized.
- Melt the remaining butter and whisk in the mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
- Line a baking dish with foil, place the bottom half of the rolls, brush with melted butter, and layer with ham, BBQ sauce, onions, cheese, and bacon.
- Top with the other half of the rolls, brush with butter, sprinkle poppy seeds, cover with foil, and bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Serve warm with BBQ sauce for dipping.
