Baked Asparagus Frittata with Cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Trim and cut the asparagus into 1-inch pieces, then steam for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- In a large bowl, combine eggs, egg whites, milk, and half of the salt and pepper, whisking together.
- Heat butter in a non-stick or cast iron skillet and sauté the diced onion for 5 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the steamed asparagus to the skillet with the remaining salt and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet, then sprinkle in the Swiss cheese and feta cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until set.
- Cool slightly before serving.
