Creole Seasoning and/or salt

lemon, cut into wedges for garnish
Instructions
- Melt butter in a skillet and sauté onions, garlic, green onions, celery, red pepper, and parsley for 3-5 minutes, then let cool.
- In a bowl, mix crab meat with Creole seasoning, egg, and mayonnaise.
- Combine the cooled sautéed mixture with cream cheese, breadcrumbs, and parmesan cheese, and mix well.
- Cut a slit in the salmon to create a pocket for stuffing, and season inside and out with Creole seasoning.
- Stuff the salmon with the crab mixture.
- For oven-baked salmon, preheat to 350°F (175°C), sear salmon in a skillet for 2-3 minutes per side, then bake for 7-10 minutes.
- For stovetop, sear salmon skin-side down for 4-5 minutes, flip and cook another 4-5 minutes until flaky.
- Serve with a salad or desired side dish.
