Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the salmon by cutting a slit down the center of each filet.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the rice, crab meat, shrimp, breadcrumbs, cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the filling mixture into the slits of the salmon filets.
- Place the stuffed salmon on the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
- Let the salmon cool for a few minutes before serving with lemon wedges.
