Easy Crab and Parmesan Stuffed Salmon

Ingredients

The salmon

  • 4 fillets salmon

The stuffing

  • 4 oz lump crab meat
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon seafood seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon ground rosemary
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Greek yogurt, crab meat, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Spread olive oil on both sides of the salmon fillets and make cuts into each fillet.
  4. Season the salmon with seafood seasoning, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  5. Stuff the crab mixture into the slits of the salmon.
  6. Sprinkle paprika over the crab mixture.
  7. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and place the salmon on it.
  8. Bake for 6-8 minutes, optionally broil for 1-3 minutes to crisp the edges.
