Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a 9x4-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients together.
- Add the wet ingredients (mashed banana, melted butter, vanilla, milk, and apple cider vinegar) to the dry mix and combine.
- Fold in half of the strawberries and chocolate chips.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and top with remaining strawberries and chocolate chips.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Allow the bread to cool completely before slicing and serving.
