Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350℉/175℃ and grease a 9”×5” loaf pan.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, eggs, sour cream, both sugars, and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until thoroughly combined.
- Pour in the melted butter and mix well, then fold in the strawberries.
- Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
