Basil Burgers with Sun-Dried Tomato Mayo

low fat mayonnaise

Instructions
- Soak the sun-dried tomatoes in boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain.
- Blend the drained tomatoes with mayonnaise in a food processor and refrigerate.
- Mix Worcestershire sauce, basil, Italian seasoning, garlic, pepper, salt, and ground beef in a large bowl.
- Form the meat mixture into 12 thin patties, placing cheese in the center of 6 patties and sealing with the remaining patties.
- Grill the burgers over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Serve burgers on buns with the sun-dried tomato mayo and additional basil leaves.
