Basil Pesto Aioli

Instructions
- Heat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a food processor, blend the garlic until minced, then add mayo, basil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and set aside.
- Form the ground beef into six 1/3 lb. patties and season with salt and pepper.
- Prepare the grill by spraying with cooking spray or rubbing with olive oil.
- Grill the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side without pressing them down.
- Add a slice of gouda cheese on each burger during the last minute of grilling and cover the grill to melt the cheese.
- Toast the ciabatta buns on the grill for 1 minute.
- Assemble the burgers with the bottom bun, pesto aioli, arugula, patty, sun dried tomatoes, prosciutto, and top bun.
