Honey Miso Chicken Wings

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (207°C).
- Clean and rinse the chicken wings, then pat them dry and season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, combine garlic, ginger, miso, mirin, honey, soy sauce, and sesame oil, whisking until smooth.
- Marinate the chicken in the miso mixture for 2 hours.
- Arrange the marinated wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes.
- Flip the wings and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with white sesame seeds and serve immediately.
