Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- 2. In a bowl, combine brussels sprouts, asparagus, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, sea salt, and ground pepper. Toss to mix and let sit for 5 minutes.
- 3. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- 4. Remove from the oven and top with pomegranate seeds.
- 5. Serve.
