Ingredients

Vegetables

  • 1 bunch asparagus, cut into 1” strips
  • 20 oz brussels sprouts, halved

Sauce

  • 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground pepper

Garnish

  • ¼ cup pomegranate seeds

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. 2. In a bowl, combine brussels sprouts, asparagus, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, sea salt, and ground pepper. Toss to mix and let sit for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  4. 4. Remove from the oven and top with pomegranate seeds.
  5. 5. Serve.
