Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a medium bowl.
- In a stand mixer, combine the eggs, banana, maple syrup, coconut oil, pumpkin puree, and vanilla extract.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Drop heaping tablespoons of dough onto a cookie sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cookies begin to brown.
- Cool on a wire rack.
