Healthy Apple Chicken Sausage Stuffing

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Cut the gluten-free bread into small cubes and place in a large mixing bowl.
- Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a pan.
- Remove the casing from the chicken sausage and cook it in the hot pan until fully cooked.
- Pour the cooked sausage and drippings over the bread cubes.
- In the same pan, heat another tablespoon of olive oil and add the celery and onions, cooking for 4-5 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic, sage, thyme, salt, pepper, and chopped apples to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes until the apples begin to soften.
- Stir in the chicken broth and combine with the apple mixture, then pour over the bread and sausage.
- Add the whisked eggs and mix everything until the bread is completely coated and moist.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 pan and bake covered for 45 minutes, then uncover for an additional 5-10 minutes until crispy on top.
- Serve and enjoy!
