Instructions
- Cut the chicken meat into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
- Dice the onion and carrots and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan and cook the chicken meat until it changes color.
- Add the onion and carrot to the frying pan and cook until softened.
- Add the cooked rice and ketchup to the frying pan, stirring constantly until the rice is evenly coated with ketchup.
- Add the thawed green peas and stir to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
