Instructions
- Combine the oats, protein powder, shredded coconut, flax meal, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Add the almond butter, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla, chocolate chips, and pumpkin seeds, and stir well.
- Chill the mixture for 10-20 minutes.
- Roll the mixture into 20-25 equal-sized balls.
- Store the balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
