Instructions
- Grind the oats in a food processor until finely ground.
- Add all other ingredients except for the chocolate chips and mix until a thick dough forms.
- Incorporate the chocolate chips by pulsing a few times.
- Roll the mixture into balls using a tablespoon measure.
- Chill the balls in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
