Instructions
- Boil water in a medium pot and add cauliflower pieces, letting them sit for about 3 minutes.
- Drain the cauliflower and let it cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled cauliflower, peas, red onions, jalapeño, and cilantro.
- For the vinaigrette, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, turmeric, cumin, black pepper, and salt.
- Drizzle the vinaigrette over the cauliflower mixture and toss well.
