99% lean ground turkey breast

pasta sauce

Parmesan cheese, finely shredded
The zucchini
4
medium
zucchinis
1
cup
shredded 2% Mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Mix the spices in a bowl to create the Italian sausage seasoning mix and combine with ground turkey.
Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook the turkey mixture until browned.
Add pasta sauce to the skillet and let it simmer until thickened, then stir in Parmesan cheese.
Prepare zucchinis by cutting them in half lengthwise and scooping out the insides to form boats.
Fill the zucchini boats with the sausage mixture and top with shredded Mozzarella cheese.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, then broil for 1-2 minutes to brown the cheese.
