Instructions
- Prepare the dough by mixing lukewarm milk and yeast, letting it activate.
- Combine flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl, then add to the yeast mixture along with beaten eggs and vanilla.
- Knead the dough until smooth, then let it rise in the fridge for 1 to 2 hours.
- Melt the chocolate for the filling and mix with butter, sugars, vanilla, cardamom, and salt until smooth.
- Roll out the dough and spread the filling evenly, then roll it up and slice into rolls.
- Chill the rolls in the freezer for easier slicing, then place in a greased baking dish to rise again.
- Preheat the oven and bake the rolls until golden.
- Prepare the cream cheese glaze by mixing butter and cream cheese, then adding sugar, cardamom, vanilla, and cream until fluffy.
- Pour the glaze over the warm rolls before serving.
