The glaze

Instructions
- Mix the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a large bowl.
- Add warm milk and beaten eggs, then mix until combined.
- Knead in butter cubes until smooth, then let the dough rise for 30 minutes.
- Prepare the filling by mixing butter, cocoa powder, flour, sugars, and salt until smooth, then add melted chocolate and coffee.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread the filling, roll it up, and slice into rolls.
- Let the rolls rise for an additional 45 minutes.
- Preheat the oven and bake the rolls until golden brown.
- Prepare the cream cheese icing by mixing cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and coffee until smooth.
- Pour icing over the warm rolls and serve.
