Instructions
- Cut the cocoa butter into small pieces to prevent overheating.
- Melt the cocoa butter, coconut oil, and sunflower lecithin in a saucepan over very low heat or using a double boiler.
- Once melted, stir in the Besti sweetener until dissolved, then add the heavy cream powder, vanilla extract, and sea salt until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into chocolate molds and refrigerate until hardened.
