Instructions
- 1. Melt the cocoa butter and unsweetened chocolate together in a double boiler or microwave safe bowl.
- 2. Once melted, quickly whisk in the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- 3. Pour the melted mixture into a chocolate chip mold or lined loaf/square pan.
- 4. Refrigerate for at least an hour to firm up.
- 5. Once firm, remove the chocolate chips from the mold and store them in a sealable container.
