Instructions
- Whisk together cocoa powder, allulose, and salt in a small bowl.
- Add the mixture to a saucepan with water and whisk to combine.
- Heat the saucepan over medium heat until boiling, then reduce to low and simmer for 1-2 minutes, stirring regularly.
- Remove from heat and whisk in vanilla extract.
- Let the syrup cool completely, then transfer to a jar and refrigerate for at least an hour to thicken.
