Ingredients

  • ½ cup water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Whisk together cocoa powder, allulose, and salt in a small bowl.
  2. Add the mixture to a saucepan with water and whisk to combine.
  3. Heat the saucepan over medium heat until boiling, then reduce to low and simmer for 1-2 minutes, stirring regularly.
  4. Remove from heat and whisk in vanilla extract.
  5. Let the syrup cool completely, then transfer to a jar and refrigerate for at least an hour to thicken.
