Instructions
- Blend allulose and coconut milk powder in a high-speed blender until fine.
- Prepare a double boiler with water in a pot and a heat-proof bowl on top.
- Melt cacao butter in the double boiler, stirring until smooth.
- Mix the melted cacao butter with the allulose and coconut milk powder mixture.
- Blend the combined mixture until smooth, adding coconut oil if using.
- Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
