  • 4 ounces cacao butter
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend allulose and coconut milk powder in a high-speed blender until fine.
  2. Prepare a double boiler with water in a pot and a heat-proof bowl on top.
  3. Melt cacao butter in the double boiler, stirring until smooth.
  4. Mix the melted cacao butter with the allulose and coconut milk powder mixture.
  5. Blend the combined mixture until smooth, adding coconut oil if using.
  6. Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
