Instructions
- Melt cocoa butter and baking chocolate in a double boiler over low heat.
- Stir in the powdered Besti and inulin gradually until smooth.
- Add sunflower lecithin and sea salt, and heat until everything is dissolved.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour the melted chocolate mixture into molds and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
