Instructions
- Mix dijon mustard and mayonnaise in a 1:1 ratio to create the spread.
- Spread the mixture on both slices of bread and place Swiss cheese on one or both slices.
- Add corned beef to the sandwich, then close it.
- Drizzle olive oil on both sides of the sandwich.
- Toast the sandwich using a panini press, broiler, skillet, or microwave until the cheese is melted and the bread is toasted.
- After toasting, add coleslaw to the sandwich.
- Serve immediately with a dill pickle and kettle chips.
