Vegan Alfredo Sauce

Instructions
- Heat the vegan butter or olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Remove the onions from the pan and place them in a blender.
- Add the soaked cashews, pasta water, almond milk, roasted garlic, nutritional yeast, sea salt, vegan parmesan cheese, and lime juice to the blender.
- Blend until completely creamy, adjusting seasoning if necessary.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight jar.
