Instructions
- Soak the cashews in boiling water for 30 minutes.
- Drain the cashews and place them in a high-power blender.
- Add nutritional yeast, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and almond milk to the blender.
- Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Taste and adjust salt or garlic if desired.
