Vegan Alfredo Sauce

The pasta

fettuccine or other pasta

Instructions
- Soak the raw cashews in hot water for 30-60 minutes.
- Drain the cashews and add them to a high-speed blender with the remaining ingredients.
- Blend on high speed until smooth, about 90 seconds.
- Toss the sauce with hot, cooked pasta and serve immediately.
