Instructions
- Soak the bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes.
- Marinate the chicken in soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, banana ketchup, garlic, ginger, salt, pepper, and lemon juice for 30 minutes.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto the bamboo skewers.
- Preheat an outdoor grill and grill the chicken skewers, brushing with olive oil while cooking.
- Turn the skewers to grill both sides until slightly charred.
- Serve immediately for the best flavor.
