Instructions
- Wash and trim the radishes, then thinly slice or halve them.
- Divide the radishes among 4 jars.
- In a saucepan, combine vinegar, water, sugar, and salt over medium heat and stir until dissolved.
- Let the brine cool, then pour it over the radishes in the jars.
- Add peppercorns and mustard seeds to the jars, cover, and refrigerate.
