Instructions
- Prepare the radishes by removing the greens and washing them.
- Slice the radishes thinly using a knife or mandoline slicer.
- In a jar, add smashed garlic cloves and the halved pepper if using.
- Add the sliced radishes to the jar.
- In a measuring cup, whisk together vinegar, warm water, sugar, and salt.
- Pour the brine over the radishes in the jar, ensuring they are fully submerged.
- Seal the jar and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably for one hour or overnight.
