Instructions
- Toast shredded coconut at 350°F until golden, stirring occasionally.
- In a food processor, blend coconut butter, dates, almond butter, water, vanilla, salt, and stevia until smooth.
- Combine the toasted coconut with the blended mixture and press into a lined square dish.
- Freeze for 30 minutes, then cut into bars and store in the fridge.
