The chicken

The salsa

  • 1 cup mango salsa

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, around 350-375°F.
  2. Mix garlic powder, cumin, coriander, smoked paprika, sea salt, pepper, olive oil, and lime juice in a small bowl to create a spice rub.
  3. Rub the spice mixture over both sides of the chicken breasts and let them sit for 5-10 minutes.
