Instructions
- Combine parsley and garlic in a food processor and chop finely.
- Add olive oil, vinegar, salt, and red pepper flakes, then process briefly.
- Transfer to a jar or bowl and whisk in the red onion.
- Let the sauce rest for 10 minutes to meld flavors.
- Taste and adjust salt or red pepper flakes if needed.
- Store covered in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days.
