Instructions
- Wash and finely chop the parsley, garlic, onions, and red bell pepper, then place them in a small bowl.
- In another bowl, combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, black pepper, and oregano, stirring thoroughly.
- Pour the olive oil mixture into the parsley mixture and mix until well blended, adjusting seasonings to taste.
- Allow the sauce to sit for about 30 minutes to release flavors, preferably for 2 hours before serving.
