Ingredients

  • 1 cup Italian parsley, packed
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro, packed
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Rinse the parsley and cilantro to remove dirt and debris, then chop them finely.
  2. Mince the garlic.
  3. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, oregano, cumin, crushed red pepper, salt, chopped parsley, and chopped cilantro.
  4. Stir to combine all ingredients.
  5. Use the chimichurri immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.
