Instructions
- Rinse the parsley and cilantro to remove dirt and debris, then chop them finely.
- Mince the garlic.
- In a bowl, combine the olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, oregano, cumin, crushed red pepper, salt, chopped parsley, and chopped cilantro.
- Stir to combine all ingredients.
- Use the chimichurri immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.
