Chimichurri Sauce

good-quality olive oil
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except the olive oil in a food processor and pulse until chopped.
- Slowly add the olive oil while pulsing until combined, scraping down the sides if necessary.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 3 days.
