Instructions
- Finely chop the parsley, cilantro, oregano, onion, and garlic.
- Combine all the chopped ingredients in a mixing bowl along with the remaining ingredients and stir to blend.
- Alternatively, for a food processor method, add the onion, garlic, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, and salt to the processor and pulse until finely minced.
- Add the parsley, cilantro, oregano, and red pepper flakes, then pour in the olive oil while pulsing until the herbs are finely minced.
- Serve over meat, poultry, seafood, or vegetables, or use as a marinade.
