Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh parsley

  • 1 unit shallot
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions

  2. Blend until finely chopped.
