Ingredients

  • ½ cup light vegan mayonnaise
  • ½ lemon juiced
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 piece green onion, finely sliced
  • ¼ cup sweet pickles, finely diced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh chopped dill
  • a pinch Old Bay seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix light vegan mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, green onion, pickles, chopped dill, and Old Bay seasoning in a small bowl until smooth.
  2. Serve with vegan crab cakes, fish alternatives, grain bowls, veggie burgers, or sandwiches.
