Vegan Peanut Butter Cookies

Instructions
- 1. In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
- 2. In another bowl, whisk the powdered sugar, peanut butter, and non-dairy milk until smooth.
- 3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients. If the dough is too thick, add an extra tablespoon of milk.
- 4. Chill the dough for 30 minutes.
- 5. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- 6. Form 12 balls of dough and place them on the tray, pressing down with a fork.
- 7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden, then cool completely on the tray.
