Vegan Peanut Butter Cookies

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Combine the butter, peanut butter, and sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Beat in the maple syrup and vanilla until fully incorporated.
- Add the flour, sprinkling in salt and baking soda evenly over it.
- Mix everything together until the dough sticks together but is a bit stiff.
- Scoop or roll the dough into balls the size of a shelled walnut and place them on a parchment-lined cookie tray.
- Press down on the balls with a fork to create a criss-cross pattern.
- Bake for about 11 minutes for chewy cookies or 14 minutes for crisper cookies.
