Ingredients

  • 4 pieces bananas, mashed

  • 2 cups oats

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Blend oats until they resemble a flour consistency and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mash the bananas and mix in the maple syrup, egg, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients by adding the ground oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and baking soda, mixing until fully combined.
  5. Line the muffin tin with liners or spray with cooking spray, then fill each muffin cup ¾ full.
  6. Bake for 16-19 minutes and enjoy warm.
