Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare muffin trays with liners.
- Blend all ingredients except dark chocolate chips until thick and smooth.
- Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
- Scoop the batter into the muffin liners.
- Sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top of each muffin.
- Bake for 12 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Remove from pans and cool on a wire rack.
