Cinnamon Pecan Chocolate Freezer Fudge

Instructions
- Blend the dates in a food processor until a sticky ball forms.
- Add the pecan butter, collagen peptides, cinnamon, and cacao powder to the processor and blend until combined.
- Slowly pour in the melted coconut oil and blend until fully incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture to a parchment-lined loaf pan or an 8x4 dish and spread evenly with a spatula.
- Top with chopped pecans.
- Freeze for at least 30 minutes before slicing into 8 to 12 squares.
