Ingredients

  • 1 cup packed pitted dates
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ½ cup tahini
  • cup cocoa powder
  • 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • ½ tsp peppermint extract
  • 2 Tbsps. water
  • to taste sea salt for topping

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until well combined, adding water as needed.
  2. Ensure the mixture can hold together when pressed.
  3. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan and flatten it.
  4. Sprinkle sea salt on top.
  5. Freeze for at least 2 hours and keep in the freezer.
