Tahini Freezer Fudge

Ingredients

  • 2 cups dates
  • 1 cup tahini
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ΒΌ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • to taste none sea salt for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Soak the dates in hot water for at least 15 minutes if you want them softer.
  2. Blend the soaked dates in a food processor until smooth.
  3. Add tahini, almond flour, maple syrup, and vanilla to the processor and blend until well combined and smooth.
  4. Press the mixture into an 8x8 dish or a bread pan for thicker fudge.
  5. Freeze for at least one hour before cutting into pieces.
  6. Sprinkle with sea salt before serving.
