Instructions
- Soak the dates in hot water for at least 15 minutes if you want them softer.
- Blend the soaked dates in a food processor until smooth.
- Add tahini, almond flour, maple syrup, and vanilla to the processor and blend until well combined and smooth.
- Press the mixture into an 8x8 dish or a bread pan for thicker fudge.
- Freeze for at least one hour before cutting into pieces.
- Sprinkle with sea salt before serving.
